Dolphin Cove

House is amazing. Very big, but spread out, really 3 different sleeping areas with bathrooms, for various family members. Perfect for our whole family-made up of 6 families. Communication with owner was good. We were a little disappointed that it really was not a walk to the beach, but a drive. A golf cart was a big help.

Property is perfect for large gatherings. The host was very accommodating and helped throughout the entire process of checking in and checking out. They also offer golf cart rental with delivery and pickup.

Our large, multi-generational family stayed at Dolphin Cover over the Thanksgiving 2025 holiday and it was an exceptional place for us to gather, connect, and relax! The connected houses provided ample space for us to spread out for relaxation time and also come together for meals, s’more making over the fire, or swim time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked even for a Thanksgiving feast and the washer & dryer was helpful to have for families with young kids. The property’s proximity to the beach, nature preserve, and town also gave us easy excursions to embark upon. I highly recommend this vacation rental for families and other groups!

Yes, the perfect place for a large family. We really enjoyed the space and the layout of the home. The fire pit and pool were just a bonus. We even walked to the heated community pool and just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and more! We made some wonderful memories. New Wave Vacation was very helpful. Answered all questions and set me up with ease. If I had a question while at the condo they would respond in a timely manner. Can't wait to repeat!!!
